Why M3?
| This is the third millennium. We have begun to embark on an interesting journey, as far as the field of medicine is concerned. Perhaps we should consider the facts: Imagine how far we have come over just the last 100 years. Most of the major advancements will certainly have come in the last twenty........new surgical techniques.........exciting new medicines..........better imaging modalities (Cat Scans, MRI, PET Scans- all of which help us look into the body non-invasively, and with great detail). What did they do in the Middle Ages?!?! How could they tell if someone had a pneumonia without a chest x-ray; or, if a person was losing weight rapidly from cancer, could they not have benefited from an MRI to find it and perhaps cut it out? ( Surgery was quite brutal back then- no anesthesia or antiseptic.....another plus for the twentieth century). Nonetheless, we live in an age of technological advancement that is astounding. We have scans and probes, ultrasounds and bloodwork, x-rays and procedures- all of which are great- if they find the problem. | ![]() |
On the other hand, we can look at the new millennium from a different point of view. For several years now (actually decades), there have been a very dedicated few individuals who have been engulfed in the pursuit of determining the very components (molecular-vitamin-mineral) that are responsible, or at least play an important role in the proper function of the human cell. We know that all dis-ease comes from the improper function of the cells, whether it be from white blood cells not being able to overcome an infection (which is generally the case when we get a virus or bacteria that is too overwhelming to fight), or from improper metabolism, or from genetic mal-occurrences. Whatever the reason, ongoing research (which has been conducted by companies who have been in business for many decades in the vitamin/nutrition sector) has shown that there is benefit in providing the body with the elements that will allow optimal metabolic function.
Another component that we feel is essential is the element sulfur. There has been much recent research involving the element sulfur. Several different compounds in the body are responsible for providing it, and those elements happen to be very important amino acids- cysteine and methionine. Why is this such a big deal? The answer lies in a molecule called Glutathione. We need sulfur to produce Glutathione, and on a nutritional scale of one to ten, Glutathione ranks 50th. Along with CoQ10, Glutathione is responsible for making the cell function at its most efficient rate. With this in mind it is easy to see how we can become run down and metabolically deficient if our cellular energy plants are without fuel. A supplement that has recently been introduced (at least to the orthodox community) has been able to provide the sulfur component that aids in the production of Glutathione--Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM). Other elements can provide the substrate for its production as well, i.e., N-Acetyl-Cysteine, and as mentioned above, Methionine.
These elements, along with other very important antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and herbs, have been scrutinized (and used clinically) for many years. Until now it has been very difficult to find a worthy supplement that provided the human being with the optimal levels of nutrients that would provide him/her with an adequate fighting chance against the rigors of today's life. We have been fooled by the RDA in believing that 60 mg of Vitamin C is all that we need. This is fine if we want only to avoid the throes of Scurvy. Could we not take optimal doses and avoid the ravages of influenza, pneumonia and perhaps greatest of all, cancer? In his book, The Healing Factor, Dr. Irwin Stone discusses the fact that almost every disease known to man can in some way be related to a deficiency of Vitamin C. Food for thought.

Chuck's Dilemma About 17 years ago I started taking multivitamins regularly after being sparked on by an elderly gentleman (80 years old) who had recently run a marathon and looked better than most of my athletic friends. There had to be some explanation for this individual's success. Certainly genetics play an important role, but there are many factors that contribute to the health and well being of the human form. We certainly have the power to hasten our demise by reckless abandon in the form of poor nutrition, absence of exercise, toxic burden and lack of stress management. What does all this mean? We do not eat right (too many carbohydrates); we lead sedentary lives (on our butts all day); we eat, breathe and drink a substantial amount of poison each day (it's in our food, air and water); and very few of us know how to deal with the stress of every day life. I love life. I want to see what the world will be like in a hundred years; however, I would prefer not to be in a nursing home, dependant on others. I think this is possible, but I also think that we cannot survive- optimally- without supplementation. Mind you, as mentioned above, it is very important to have a scheduled regimen of aerobic exercise and good methods for stress relief, but these are things that I can not provide you with. I can, however, provide you with optimal supplements. This is the reason I created M3. Many of the components are essential to the optimal function of the body's physiology, and they could not be found in most of the other products on the market (multivitamins, that is, and in the best combination). I had been opening many bottles of vitamins every day to get what I thought was most important for me to have the anti-aging supplementation to carry me into my hundredth year. I decided to create a supplement pack that had it all. No more bottles. Just one pack a day. Complete. Convenient. Affordable (if all the elements were to be purchased alone, the cost would be well over 150.00 per month). Last but not least- Effective. More energy, stamina, immune boosting properties, skin condition and tone.....to name a few. | ![]() |
